actors, actresses and/or other persons who appear in any
visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct appearing or
otherwise contained in or at this site were over the age of
eighteen years at the time of the creation of such
depictions. In the event that the visual depictions of said
models, actors, actresses and/or other individuals were
provided by a primary producer to a secondary producer, the
above statement is made by the secondary producer based upon
a good faith reliance upon records and information supplied
to the secondary producer by the primary producer.
